TOP TALENT PASS SCHEME (TTPS):
Persons with annual income reaching HK$2.5 million or above in the year immediately preceding the date of application; or degree graduates of the eligible universities with three year of working experience over the past five years immediately preceding the date of application; if less than three year of working experience, subject to an annual quota to be allotted on a first-come, first served basis.

NEW CAPITAL INVESTMENT ENTRANT SCHEME (New CIES):
Individuals making a minimum investment of HKD30 million in permissible investment assets, which include HKD3 million into the new CIES investment portfolio of the Hong Kong Investment Corporation Limited (HKIC) and HKD27 million in equities, debt securities, certificates of deposits (a cap of HKD3 million), subordinated debt, eligible limited partnership funds or collective investment schemes (a cap of HKD10 million), non-residential real estate (a cap of HKD10 million); or
